What happens when construction is completed?

When you're done with a building site, move it into your archive so only your current jobs are shown in your Connections list.

Do you offer any rewards for referring new builders to UtilityOn?

What does "On Hold" mean?

If you see an orange "On Hold" badge, that means an issue is preventing your meter from progressing further.

How do I choose which email notifications I receive?

Simply go to the Admin section and look in the "Preferences" tab

Can I request a Perm meter with different specs to Temp?

Of course - just send us a message inside the connection and we'll sort it out for you.

Why did you request a Permanent meter when I only asked for Temporary?

We pre-request a Perm ESI-ID in advance to avoid delays later on.

How do I track the progress of a connection?

Every meter follows a simple lifecycle which you can track through a sequence of color-coded status tags.

Can I authorize other people to view and request new connections for my company?

Absolutely - just invite them to join your company.

How do I cancel a meter request?

Just message us within the connection detail page.

Can I request just an ESI-ID so the building permit can be issued?

Sure, no problem.

Can I request connections for different companies?

Sure you can.

What if I already have an ESI-ID?

Not a problem at all, we can still help you!

Why do you ask for the Home Owner details?

Because it saves you time and hassle later on.

What if I forget to upload a permit when requesting a new connection?

Not a problem, you can upload supporting documents anytime.
