How do I cancel a meter request?

If you no longer need a meter, simply click the Cancel request button before the meter is energized:

For meters that have already been energized you can either close the account, or transfer the permanent meter account to your Home Owner client in one click.

If you provide the closing date and Home Owner contact details in advance, we can help transfer the account before you finish the build, saving you time, hassle and ongoing bills.
