Why do you ask for the Home Owner details?

Because it saves you time and hassle later on.

When you request a new connection, we give you the option to supply contact details for the Home Owner. If you provide this information upfront, we'll contact them 6 weeks before your estimated closing date to help them transfer the electricity account.

This ensures that:

  • The account is transferred before the Home Owner moves in

  • You have one less thing to worry about

  • You're not paying for the power any longer than necessary
