Over the past few weeks you may have noticed our notification emails gradually changing, and now, after significant testing, we have released the final set of improvements.

From today you will notice:

• We'll send fewer but more concise status update emails, as now we only advise you when an important milestone has been reached.

• Simpler wording and a completely overhauled email design (with bonus fluffy white clouds!) so notifications are much easier to read and understand.

• All status update emails now begin with a coloured status tag (just like in the web portal) to show at a glance how your meter is progressing.

• More useful action buttons contextual to each meter's current status.
