Notification controls

Now you can choose which status update emails you'd like to receive from UtilityOn:

1. Click the Admin link in the blue navigation column
   -

2. Open to open the new Preferences tab
   -

3. Select what you'd like to be notified about:

   1. All connections for the companies you belong to; or

   2. Only those you request (or are subscribed to)

You are automatically subscribed to a connection when you take action on it... eg. sending a message, uploading a document, or requesting service.

Note: the default setting for new users is "All connections" so you don't miss out on anything. If you only care about your own connections, simply change your preference as shown above.

Utility auto-select

When you request a new connection, the Utility dropdown will automatically update -IF- the site address zip code is within a de-regulated area (covering approximately 90% of the Texas population).

You can still change the Utility in the dropdown if for some reason the auto-select is wrong (please let us know - we don't anticipate this will ever happen, but just in case).

Unfortunately there isn't currently any technology solution for auto-selecting regulated Utilities based on the zip code.
