New Admin section

Click the new "Admin" link in the navigation menu to view and manage the companies you have registered with UtilityOn, plus any invitations you have to join other companies:

When entering the admin section, you'll see a list of all the companies you have setup in UtilityOn:

Either use the + New button to register another company, or click an existing company in the list to open its details page, where you can:

• View info supplied during registration including address and tax & billing details.
  ​

• Complete Retailer enrollment if you haven't done so already. This involves reviewing energy plan details and signing an "MSA" (Multi Site Agreement) that authorises the Retailer to setup billing for the meters you request, without forcing you to setup a new account (including credit check via DocuSign) every single time. Retailer enrollment is only required once per company.

• View all members of the company - these people can view all connections plus create new ones
  ​

• Invite new members to join the company. If they already have an account with UtilityOn, they can accept the invitation immediately within UtilityOn. Otherwise we will email them with a link to signup for UtilityOn first.
  ​

• View and manage invitations - any invitation can be revoked (cancelled), or they automatically expire after one month.

Also in the new Admin section is a list of any invitations you've received to join other companies inside UtilityOn, plus the option to accept or reject each one. Remember that invitations expire after one month.

Other improvements

• Data table views are now persistent. Now when you are paging through rows of information (eg viewing 11-20 of 44 results) and you filter the data by searching for some keywords, the browser’s “back” button will take you back to the previous page or results, rather than resetting everything.

• We now refer to “TDSP” as “Utility” everywhere across the app, for simplicity.

• Improved input field style without distracting placeholder text. Now you know that any any text inside an input field has been entered as a response and all other fields will remain completely empty until you type or select something inside them, Any guidance to assist entering correct information will be provided by captions underneath.

• New connection form now links directly to the Companies page in Admin for inline creation of new companies
  
  ​

• Your connection status will automatically become Scheduled when a Retailer account number has been issued, minimising delays and avoiding confusion.
