Email us a list of addresses so you can track and manage everything in one place including full access to our Texas-based expert support team.
3 ) Request your first connection
Request a new meter now even if you don't have a confirmed start date yet - this reduces delays later on when you're ready for service to begin.
Click the green "New connection" button and enter the address & meter details.
.
Remember to add Home Owner info and an estimated closing date to save yourself time and hassle later on. You can change these details anytime.
4 ) Invite your colleagues to join you.

Note: when you request a Temporary meter, we also pre-request the Permanent ESI-ID in advance to reduce delays later on. The permanent meter won't progress beyond the status "ESI-ID issued" until you request that service begins. Learn more about statuses
